REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Nexa wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to return a product purchased through Nexa official website, please notify Nexa and return the product within 30 days of purchase.

Nexa will not accept a return if the Product:

  • A. Products not purchased through official website or app channels
  • B. Products not in original condition (including all accessories, documentation, packaging, etc.)

Nexa does not take title to returned Products until the Product is received by Nexa. Once the Product you are returning has been received and processed, Nexa will, at its sole option, accept the return of the Product and refund the money actually paid by the original purchaser for the Product (i) to the payment method used by the purchaser, (ii) as a Nexa store credit, or (iii) as a gift card. If the returned Product was purchased with a gift card, Nexa will issue a gift card for the returned Product. For items given or received as a gift, Nexa will, at its sole option, issue (i) a refund to the payment method used by the purchaser, or (ii) issue Nexa store credit (typically in the form of a Nexa gift card) to the original purchaser. The amount of the refund, Nexa store credit, or gift card, as applicable, will include the purchase price of the returned Product and any associated sales tax. Unless prohibited by law, any shipping and handling charges will not be refunded or credited. Products purchased during special sale events may be non-returnable; please see the terms and conditions of the applicable sale for more information.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN 

1. Initiate return request through official website chatbot or email to nexa.dk@gmail.com with order number and sales invoice

2. After approval, Nexa will provide return instructions and prepaid shipping label. You must ship items back within 10 days using provided label and packaging requirements. Delay may result in return rejection.

3. Nexa will email processing results after receiving and inspecting returns. Nexa reserves the right to decline returns that don't meet requirements and is not obligated to return declined items.
